For a city (county) course it's well maintained and the green fees are great. They just got a new fleet of electric carts too. My only beef is they don't seem to pick up leaves, just mow them. I lost a couple of balls in leaf piles. That was sad.
The greens are in terrible shape. Tee boxes and fairways are okay. The last 2 times we played it groups were crawling in front of us, yet we never saw a ranger attempting to speed anyone up. Very disappointing.
Been a few years since I've played here. Course is in superb shape. I'll be back next week.
O don't play golf but I do enjoy the landscaping. And picking the blackberries near this location and it's parallel to the salem bike trail. I visit these jems daily. I met these to nice guys near the trail. We talked, laugh and shared cultural experiences I consider them my brothers, peace to both of them these two beautiful birds are their love and companions.
Challenging layout due to the hilly topography, friendly pro shop, fair price, bottles of water provided on course. Would not accommodate a shotgun start for our group of 24.
I hadn't play here in a few years, impress with the changes and upgrades. Hopefully they share with their sister Course /Winston Lake, the new cart upgrade.
Had a fun morning on this course. Reasonably priced including senior rates. Greens are huge and fast. Delightful day all in all.
Fun course. Greens were fast but in great shape. Fairways were in tough shape, unfortunately. Parts looked like they were being worked on, so in a matter of time, they should be good again.
Reynolds Park is the classic Muni course. It’s a gem waiting to be cut for sure. Open since the 30’s this Ellis Maples designed course utilizes the contours of the land it was built on. Keep an eye out for the Wild Turkeys that roam freely.
While it’s not a destination course it’s makes up for it in the staff and playability.
The greens are true mostly
Decent course at a decent price
